i found the room modern, it has a comfortable design. the bed felt nice. bellhop was really helpful, they assist me when i arrive. front desk staff was so profesional.

it was impossibile to rest or work in my room. i found it severely affected the quality of my stay.

small room window rattle

The location was acceptable. It was a short walk to penn station.

the room i booked looked larger online! i found it quite small once i got there. the window rattled a lot, and street noise kept me awake. it was especially annoying since i paid a lot for the room, and i expected better soundproofing and more space.
